Well my 365" in my 4900lb 4x4 runs 10's on 14psi with really poor traction (1.84 60') and made 793hp 939tq on the dyno with stock heads, intake, tb, crank, fuel rails and full weight with t-gate and sub box in it. Stock48 has clicked off a few 9sec passes with a bone stock bottom end lq4. I think the 370 geometry just plain works, and works well. ****, there are a handful of guys running 10's with stock bottom end 4.8's! There are a few good running 403/408's on this board, but there are also a lot more people having issues with them when compared to stock stroke setups as well.

I'd go with the 370.

I plan to do turbo setup on my built LQ9 sometime on my 95 z71. These older body style trucks weight a little less than the new one's do. My truck puts down 400whp and is pretty dang quick.

Im in the process of building my LQ4 right now, and I considered the same thing here. I opted to go 370 with mine after all was said and done.

I was thinking about this today...

It's your money, spend it how you want, but the 6.0 cranks have been proven to over 1000rwhp with a turbo setup (other setups not so good). I'm not sure what your getting if you buy a dragonslayer in stock stroke for the build you want. Yeah, if you wanted 1300+ rwhp I'd say you're making the right choice, but...

I asked about the stock crank, the machine shop I'm using was listed in a hotrod mag as one of the top 10 ls engine builders, and he's right down the road, wall to wall performance.. He said don't use it. I'm sure it would hold what I'm throwing at it, but way take the chance. Plus the dragonslayer leaves me room to grow. I see what your saying and appreciate the advice

You'll love the callies crank (what I run) -- very nice piece IMO. Plus, having the DS, you know anything you through at it while it still has street tires won't hurt the crank
