With fouled plugs and no meth, I made 378 rwhp and 477 ft-lbs. on 5.5 psi. I couldn't get another set of tr6's and they wouldn't clean up on the dyno, so we gave up and hauled it home.

I never got the old setup on the dyno, but based on trap speed, it should have been very close to 500rwhp. This setup feels much torquier though. The torque curve is rediculously flat.

Anything would help, at this point. lol

Each 1/8" on the blower pulley equals roughly 1 psi, so I'm trying to figure out what that transfers to on the crank. I hate buying parts to figure this stuff out.

I had ASP make me a custom 3 inch pully for mine when I had a Whipple. I managed to make 10 psi on a cammed lq4 6.0 with 9.1cr. It dynoed 503rwhp with no meth on pump gas. I started getting bad belt slip running that pulley though. The belt routing on the whipple sux and you get very poor belt wrap when you go that small.
Make 100 percent sure you are not getting any belt slip. If not, I would try an overdrive crank pulley first before going too small on the blower pulley.

Only one company that I know of, and I am going to be running it soon

Is the current owner using that pulley? Who'd you talk to at ASP? If they already have the necesary info, I could just have them make another one.

What were your IAT's without meth?

I plan on ordering the overdrive crank pulley tomorrow morning. I guess we'll just wait and see what it does.

I let that pulley go when I sold it. I just called ASP and they already had the specs to make it. Not sure what my IAT's were but I wouldnt recommend 10 psi non intercooled. I was probably lucky it didnt go BOOM. Maybe 8 max with no meth would be good.
