Its just a matter of how much boost and turbo option. The 70mm is good to around 575wheel and thats about max. Most guys regardless of the build will go with the 76, it works great on the 4.8-5.3 trucks and will max around 700 wheel. We do have the new big wheel 78 / 75 and thats never been maxed to this point but 800 wheel is a pretty safe bet. We have a local customer with a 5.3, non-lockup converter on a dynojet making around 680 around 13psi I believe it was set at.

what happend to the low level sensor in the stock coolant tank when you deleted it?

Yes I delete the surge tank and run a just a universal 1.25" fill port on the radiator line set that comes in the kit. Cleans up that passenger side of the truck and run an overflow just behind the headlight
