the chrome breathers will probably end up blue...ouch

we also put a black screen behind the grill to keep the florida buggies from reaching the heat exchanger , ac and rad....great idea, in that we rode around for quite a while with NO grill and picked up a lot of insects, birds, etc

check out the bugs in screen in the picture

I keep the hood closed, couldn't even care what the underhood looks like haha.

Hose it off every now and then call it good.

You can rag on me, but you ain't getting a virgin...

thanks man

actually the old school crankcase evap thing is working reasonably well!!

used to have oil in the TB and blower and now just a tad in the tb

got around 5 inches of vacuum from the exhaust at high speed cruise. Took the two old school breathers and slapped them up on the valve covers, and we'll see if there is less or no oil in the tb,

If it works out, it will be a $50 fix, instead of a catch can setup. the EPA may come down on me for spewing a bit of oil out the exhaust...

More to come.....
