What should i do next to my truck? I got a 2010 single cab gmc 5.3, trick performance 76mm kit on 7lb's with 3 inch exhaust.

I was thnking to buy a cam and bump it to 10 lb's and at the same time i want to drop a 6.0 on her, but im thinking twice to take off the 5.3 and just install a cam to it.

What you guys recommend to me?

Yea. Run the 5.3 tell it gives out.
Go ahead and up your final exhaust 3" is gonna start holding you back.

 

There are a ton of cams that will work well but just to keep it simple and reliable and still run its *** off... Isky triple 12 and start turning it up! The 5.3 has plenty of potential!

are you still running 4l60? I would have a custom cam made to your specs get head studs and springs and turn up the boost. my friend was putting 800+ to the wheels with 3'' on his 5.3 he upgraded to 3.5 recently.
