Default 2009 vs 2013 FI Kits

Quick question... why do some kits only show compatible through 2009? In particular, STS. It also makes me wonder about some of the used kits out there that come off of earlier NNBS. What changed?

Thanks.

Best answer would be to call them and find out specifics. An instance that I'm dealing with currently is similar. I bought a MP112 off an 05 Silverado SS, Magnacharger doesn't offer it for my 09 Sierra. Reason being is in 07 they changed the firewall in the engine bay limiting clearance for the J-tube, So they will only sell a kit using the TVS 1900 there is no J-tube.

The MP112 will fit but there's NO wiggle room.

Off the top of my head I know that the MAF changed in 09 I believe, and I think in 09 or 10 an additional cat was added.
