Damper is stock size, no pinning kit because i plan on 11 psi max and I did not get the tune with the whipple. I need to find a tuner that will do email tunes on the HPTuners platform. Any suggestions for a tuner or should i use "mail order tuner"?

Baja my uncle has an older whipple, like very old, and he uses mailordertuner.com or whatever his site is and it has so far been pretty fruitful seeing as my uncle just keeps running out of fuel when he tries to turn up the boost lol

I would email him and ask him what he can do for you and then go from there mailordertuner@gmail.com

Need the 4L80 swap crossmember and yoke? Took it off my 08 Avalanche and went back to stock.

Very nice. I have Atomic's mounts as well, installed the same time as the headers. You might also want to consider a new starter if yours is aged, I don't think I could get mine out without removing the headers.

What injectors? Didn't see those mentioned, and if you got the Whipple "tuner kit", it is sans injectors....which is fine as they send 50 lb GM injectors with the full kit, not quite big enough. Do you plan on ever running E85?

Contact Jay at Mayhem Motorsports in Raleigh NC. OD balancer allows for lager drive pulley with same boost so there is less slip and it brings the charger up faster. It's not necessary by any means. I'd still pin it, you can do it in the truck it's just a little more difficult.

I think the kit I ordered has injectors. if not, i will order new injectors. No plans on running E. Thanks for the heads up on a new starter.

Thanks. I did think about that but decided not to because i was afraid of spinning the water pump and alternator faster. I might go ahead and pin the Crank. Has that caused any difficulty removing the balancer in the future?

No issues with OD balancer if you tack weld and roll pin the water pump pulley. Actually keeps truck really cool bc it moves so much volume. I've never heard of issues with removal just buy a quality kit to pin it. You will need at least 60lb injectors and I'd go bigger than that.
