Maybe what we need to do is start a GP with 5 and 10 order pricing. This way they can get in on a GP and yet still get support from the Vendor that they purchase from.

No need for a GP, that is just a cover for "parts" ******. I would rather spend 2-300 more and know that when the phone is answered the person on the other end knows the answer to my questions
