Well with all thats there I thought it would go in mid to high 11's no problem?????? Does anyone have anything close thats running better or worse??

Your gears are killing you. Put some 3.42s in it and see a big improvement.

lower the gear and load the engine more? Yeah I can see that it doesnt feel like it pulls very hard up top. great low and mid power.

Yes sir. That turbo will make more power if you load it.
