10psi on a 6.0L???

how many people are running 10psi on a 6.0L with out any problems??

im running a pt70gts front mount livernois setup through a free flowing 3" exhaust, 225/225 .581" .581" 113LSA cam 60LBS motrons with a in-tank walbro 255

we are about to go out to tune on a 2 bar map system and just wanted to know before we try and fail.

failing means more $$$ and i dont need this right now, lol:stupid:

if tune is safe 10psi isnt nothign to wory about. just take time get tune right and dont go for max effort on the tune and youll live a long life

how about towing??

I run 9 on my 4.8 that is a DD. U will be fine with a good tune.

I wouldbe willing to bet power is being lost with 3 inch exhaust. IMHO

i have always stuck with 9psi(intercooled) on 91/92 octane pump gas. seems like knock kicks in above that and that is with conservative timing.

i have no experience with towing, i wouldnt think be to much but would be more concerned with IATs

next step would be a 4" but i really like the drivability and the fact the 3" is really quiet

we have tried to tune it before on a stk cam at 10psi with no luck, knock really bad but i did have a couple things wrong at the time like forgetting to more the iat sensor and i was still running a maf

dont know if the cam would help bleed off some cylinder pressure
