Default 07 procharged truck ?'s

I'm running 8lbs with meth and want to pully down but should I gear up or do exhaust first? the pully is going to happen no matter what., also I like my big truck with 35" mickeys on r20's but my tuners says its taking 75-100 hp to tire!! can that be true?I cant afford to do headers and a exhaust at the same time but some advice on what gear/exhaust I should go with would be helpful. Its a 5.3 with a 3.73 gear now.

thanks man, I have looked into the 4.56 gear and that is what i will go with if I keep the tires and rim. The only time that is stopping me from putting the gear in is if the big tires are eating 75-100hp! If that is the case they are gone bye bye...

gear it. That would make a big difference. Some good long tube headers will also make a difference.

so you think a gear will get me a faster time than pully and exhaust. I have to admit until 3 grand in first its slow then 2nd gear is just sad. Its like I feel bad when I shift into 2nd

I would do it in this order.
gears, exhaust, Pulley, trans/torque converter, cam, heads
