Ok I have a 03 Silverado ss with 118k miles I ended up getting a pretty cheap kit I bought off someon. ima try to keep this a "budget" build so I think ima just change the springs, pushrods, fuel pump and injectors my question is what springs, pump and rods do y'all recommend my goal hp is around 500. I already had the trans and tcase rebuilt so that's done.
This is what I have now
BOV
Wastegate with springs
Turbo
Oil feed and drain lines
Intercooler
Cold side piping
All silicone boots and clamps
Turbo manifold
Drivers side manifold
All vaccuum lines
Boost controller/wideband
Turbo intake

I still need the crossover and down pipe but ima try calling trick performance for this because its there manifold if not I'll try to get a local exhaust shop to do it

on test truck if interested.

 

It's one of y'all older manifolds with the Wastegate port on front but it's caped off had it for about two years lol you think it will work if so about how much for the test truck one?

 

I went with the walbro gss 340 and ordered some deatschwerks 60# injectors. When I bought my kit used it came with the 42# injectors should have been enough for my 500 goal but I wanted something that wouldn't be close to its limits. I'm still in the process of getting the nickel and dime stuff for my kit but hopefully by the summer!

@ trick That's not bad how much would shipping be to Kenner LA. There's a spot on the cross over for the gate?

Gate flange is already there. Set up for a 2bolt.
Freight would be around 60.00

 

My gates a duel vband so i don't know of it will work
