Default Close Encounter...

Well tonight I was out playing with the notorious blue Z again. And we were screwin around and all and I thought we'd take a road I know to have a very hard fun turn. Well, a little too much fun at 60 in the truck for my suspension set up . So Im coming to my turn at about 65ish.. I was paying more attention to my driving and setting up for the turn. I give it some straight line braking and cut it a little for the apex and give it a little juice. I think a combination between fucked up MAP causing false TPS and high G was my down fall. Came around the 90* turn and the fronts start slipping... ok, little did I know the rears were soon to follow. Haha, side ways I let it out and crank the wheel back to the left, *** end follows me while Im praying the fronts dont catch and pitch the truck on its door. I cut it back right and it straightens out for the most part and I see a cop parking at the In-N-Out up the road about a 1/4 mile. Hah, between almost rolling the truck with the girl in it next to me gripping my arm and the cop that woulda seen me had he been 30 seconds later I think I came out just by the skin of my ***. I've had enough excitement for a couple days now

Nice save

I took a corner too fast over in the Scottsdale Airpark one night about 2-3 years ago. Ended up pushing through the corner, front right wheel hit the curb and hopped up on it, back right wheel followed, then ended up getting into an oversteer situation sliding along sideways on the sidewalk and came about a foot away from taking out a chain link fence on the other side of the sidewalk. Finally came down off the sidewalk and fishtailed 1 or 2 more times in opposite directions. Thankfully I still had the small wheels and large tires on it, so there was only a small scuff on one of the wheels, and my alignment was screwed, but other than that no damage.
