anybody in the Balto.Md area bore and polish and upgrade with all the good stuff electronic throttle bodies for a 03 4.8 4x4 silverado or gimme some info. on what may be a good upgrade?i keep seeing vette electronic t.b's ls6 don't know if that 'll work or not.
