I didn't have any luck. My best pass was 12.4 @ 108 and I got slower as the day went on. I didn't have my truck tuned for the heat and it was going dead rich and falling on its face right after the launch. I did suprise the hell of the first Mustang I ran though. There were deffinitely some quick cars there.

 

The next one is in November...hopefully it'll be a little cooler then.

 

November should be a lot better. I am going to try to get down there on a Wednesday night to get some of the good night air before it gets too hot out.

 

I'd like to try and do that also, but this week looks to be HOT until Thursday.

Yeah, that was me. The G8 was my brother in law...1200 miles and at the dragstrip, lol. My car was the first race in the video. That was NOT me popping and sputtering though, lol.

I thought that was your car. I went down and checked it out and talked to your brother in law for a good while. Your car is very impressive for cam only. I am going to swap an auto into my TA soon and see if I can't get it down into the 10's.

That looks pretty cool with my suspension unloaded. I played with my tune when I got home and got some of the bugs out of it. I layed a nice set of black marks with all four tires in front of my house.
