i got an email from haley at black bear. i am being put on a waiting list as they are book through the beginning of next year. that is good for those who wanted to wait a little bit. she said she will contact me with a date and then from there we will need 15 deposits to make the meet a go. i will keep everyone updated. i will bump this every now and them just to get word out but you guys spread the word too. thanks!
