Nice house at least you have plenty of room for a garage alot of folk dont even have room for one. How much land do have there?

 

I have .58 Acres. The builder said that I can put an attached 24' x24' two car with no problem. I would make it a 24' x 38'
But, I can't do it anytime soon.

There is nothing wrong with a 24x24 garage plenty big if you just keep things organized

 

Great place man!! At least when you build your garage you can build it how you want it! Like someone else said, at least you have some land man. I'm buying a house right now in LA and it's got practically no land or room whatsoever. Guess that's the price for living near the beach! Great find man!!

 

Nice house man. I just bought a house in RI with a 4500 sq ft lot. Yes it is a small lot but I managed to get a house with a 1 car garage.

BTW, I am going to try to make it to NED this evening if you want to come out.
