I ran slow.... ZERO traction!!!! I beat 04blacksilverado on the street last week by half a fender...... cause i have awsome traction on the street. at the track all I was doing was turning the tires all the way into second gear. I tried all kinds of methods, i think i need me some stickies or something. He, on the other hand, was having no traction problems, for whatever reason.... and his best was like a 14.74 or something like that.... so i know that's where my truck should be, instead of 15 flat. Joshluther had a great last run, 14.6. He was having traction issues as well. And the Big Fat White Tank boys (T) were running mid/low 15's..... we're gonna fix that though. ( Blower Cam's baby!!!)

My best was 15.1; Sully was 15.3. Must have been the 'air'.

Almost 7000lbs, bro!...oh, and not fast enough.
You need sticky tires or else you'll never hook it up. Sully said you were spinning both down the line...
We agreed to ditch our craptronics and do smaller pulleys next. I'm going to look for a local tuner before we do it. Still searching out cams, too.
DHD; where are you going for your tune?

i meant to type 6900, it was a typo. W'll see how the monies fly, i gotta do something, cause no traction felt like a waste of time to me. I did have a great time still, since i've never been down the track before... so it was still worth it. Nice meeting you guys.

Funniest part is your sig say's "My truck's slow, please don't race me. ", and your running 15's with your tires roasting for 330'...

I'm going to Dez Racing in Seakonk, MA. Don(slowhawk) is supposed to be by far the best tuner in our area. I'm planning on leaving the truck there for several days so he can really see what's what. I need to find a loaner car. I'm told mine should do mid 13's or so if it's tuned right on 8lbs of boost. We'll see. I have a 10lb pulley but in this weather, no way. I can only run like 10deg timing.
