Yeah, we had a good time. It's cool to finally put a face with some of the names. I'm sure we'll be going again. I was hoping Dew could have come out too. Thanks for the compliments on the Belair. I bought it pretty much how it sits about 3 years ago, so I can't take any credit for that. It had just had a frame off resto done on it when I got it. How's your deal coming along?

 

It is coming along but so freaking slowly. My prob is i have too many projects going on and not enough $$$$ to fund them all, I am sure I am not the only one. Hey good things take time is what my dad always says, this better be a damn good thing cause it seems like it is taking for ever, lol

 

A guy walks into a pub and sees a sign hanging over the bar which reads:

Checking his wallet for the necessary payment, he walks up to the bar and beckons to one of the three exceptionally attractive women serving drinks to a meager looking group of men.

"Yes?" she inquires with a knowing smile, "can I help you?"

"I was wondering", whispers the man, "are you the one who gives the hand-jobs?"

"Yes", she purrs, "I am."

The man replies "Well wash your hands, I want a cheeseburger."

That 57 looks pretty damn nice in those pics. I won't be up at the Ocean this weekend though so maybe you can bring it down to Capitol the next time we're all up there.

Here are some pics i took....

 

It's a 1970 Corvette LT-1, with a different cam and such, with a Victor Jr. intake. It made 467hp at the crank, so it's a pretty stout motor. The car itself isn't really set up for racing tho, (but it isn't a sissy either) as it has a 4 speed automatic and Corvette independent suspension. The front suspension has tubular A-Arms and Carrera Adjustable coil overs. I'm gonna work on getting the rear lower over the winter, it's a little high for my tastes. There is a company that is working on a cantilever coil over suspension for the Corvette IRS to replace the leaf, and that's kinda what I'm waiting on.
