gaging 4L80E with 3 miles

I got my 2WD 4L80 from Schram for $1150 shipped, had 10 miles on it. Why would you not run a 80 behind a 6.0, unless your going a T56.
A shift kit in the 80 and your done.... the next best thing would be the T56 tho.
