Talking Dyno for tunning in Delaware area?

Im looking for a dyno that I can tune my 5.3 to 6.0 swap. I want a constant load dyno. Have any of you guys bought the learn at home tuning course? Im new to this I have played around with some chip tuning on my 95 gmc dually, but I didnt know how all the tables worked together. I contacted Nelson Performance they told me for $350 they would get me started and a performance tune, but I would like to do more latter like a hot cam swap and maybe a ls6 manifold.
