just got a vm from Dewey, Capital is CLOSED. There phone and website both say they are open but they are CLOSED. (per dewmanshu). they are at MIR

well traffic is pretty bad and since they changed tracks i decided not to go. by the time i get there they will be ready to leave and its not worth spending $80 in fuel to see some homos
