Default Nelson Tune: 07 Avalanche stock vs tuned

Here you go, I wanted to see what kind of gains could be had from a new Av. I wasn't too interested in getting every last hp, we're doing heads/cam/turbo on it, so we needed to get started on the build right away.

After a quick mail order tune here are the results:

33HP and 31TQ gain from just a quick tune, these trucks have a lot of power left in them.
Hi Res
HiRes

I'll keep you guys updated on the results of the h/c/turbo install.

later,
allen

that's engine hp chief. 217 is to the rear wheels untuned.

He's right, it's at the wheels, but this truck only has 1000miles on it and every dyno reads a tad different.
I was just looking for the gain, not really interested in the numbers.

I'm not familiar with this type of dyno. Is this the one you use at your shop? How does it read compared to dynojet? Numbers usually lower or higher than the popular dynojet? 217rwHp seems pretty low for a 320Hp motor...dats a crap load of drivetrain loss...

Allen, I get my 07' 2wd Sierra Denali on Friday....Do you recommend me putting a certain number of miles on the truck prior to my drive down to San Antone? What rwHp numbers are you getting from the new 6.2's with only intake and exhaust?
