Default HP Numbers seem too low???? ( project sucker punch ) 6.0 build

Soo I dyno'd the turd at Tune Time Performance( around the corner from SLP Performance, in NJ) anyways the the truck made 364RWHP and 380RWTQ on a Mustang dyno( yes I know there numbers are lower, but offer a more realistic number based off mods )..... Any ways the owner stated that TBSS with same to nearly identical setups make around 400-415RWHP. He said that because I have 4:56's that the gears skew FINAL numbers. Point being he said they testes a stock vette and it made 500RWHP with 3:42's and they put 4:10's in and it made 450RWHP, tune untouched. Do tha power number sound right?? Texas speed stated with the mods that I have my motor should make 495-515BHP.

Mods:
Iron LS2: 6.0LQ9
243 heads no porting, patriot gold dual springs .650 max lift
TBSS Intake, stock TBSS injectors FAST 92mm TB
Hardened 7.4 pushrods
K&N CAI( found it to be restrictive or the motor, I need 4" minimum or larger intake tube )
Built 65e, stock verter
Manual clutch fan
4:56's
Texas speed LT's 1.75 to full 3" exhaust, with a flowmaster Super 10 race jobby, and 3" tailpipe in stock location, no cats.
Texas speed cam: 224/228 .581-.588 114lsa
Stealth fuel pump(340)
2000 silverado rcsb 2wd

Basically a stock motor besides the cam..... Any one have power numbers similar to this, or was that a load of smoke blown up my rear, truck has not be to the strip yet

I was expecting to see 400RWHP or very close to that if not more

I don't trust mustang dyno numbers any further than I can throw the dyno. Use it as a tuning tool....test horsepower at the track.

That dyno operator is giving some really optimistic numbers for those other setups.

Does it feel like a slug?

If its down 150 HP on a stock corvette then I would think it does.

Stock heads, cheap headers, small cam, stock shortblock, unknown CR, and possibly maxed out injectors. Your dyno numbers and estimated/projected HP numbers actually seem a little high to me.

Mine made 383 with ls6 heads on a mustang dyno. If you want high numbers go to a dyno jet.

Not really! It feels like a low 13 second something truck, but if you have a 20sec dd and a 13 sec truck it feels like a rocket, but def moves out good!

Injectors almost maxed out, headers do just fine as any high dollar header, 11:1cr, and stock or built short block won't change my HP numbers if it's not stroked or bored.

Here is a short list of why your dyno numbers might be feeling low
1) 4.56s those gears won't destroy your numbers, but it can skew them.
2) you didn't mention wheel or tire sizes.
3) mustang dynos read lower as a general rule.
4) injectors might be maxed out
5) are you still on a mail order tune or doing it yourself?
6) stock clutch fan (vettes have Efans)
7) that flowmaster is a mild restriction

16x8 steel wagons with 235/70/16 on all 4x's for DD and dyno pulls, I am away tht MD spit out lower numbers, injectors are close to being maxed out, all tuning had been done on a dyno, no mail order tunes, truck is getting it's efans installed tomorrow, I hate that flowfaster, what would be a great max perf. Muffler without that crackle and rasp at the 3k ish range? I have the dyno runs on the phone but cannot up load them, the vid is of the dyno screen, PM me your number and I will text it to anyone wanting to see it
