I'm frankly astonished with the #s on the mustang dyno. Aren't they known as heart breakers?
Irregardless, do you have any pics of the NNBS intake on your setup? Was it hard to adapt to the return fuel system? Did you use a vett filter?
And the heads are just stock milled, not ported, correct?

NICE #'s! I'm diggin' that you've got ~395 lbft. down at 3,500 rpm! Love how that carries nicely out to around 5,750 and doesn't really sign off until after 6,000. I was thinking a cam that size would be starting to push the torque band up to around 4K+ rpm, you proved me wrong. Manufacturer/Cam Designer's info? What is the idle speed, as well as how many inches of vacuum does it pull at idle? Highway Cruise mileage?
