Default front differential clicking

>Hi all,
I have a 2000 Chev Silverado ext cab Z71 1500 4 wheel drive that is making a clicking sound, so I went under the truck and rotated the rear wheels (on jackstands)in nuetral... found the noise from the front D/S connecting to the transfer case. It looks like a u joint, but is it? How do I replace the worn "U joint" ?

Thanks in advance.

does anyone happen to know the part # ?
Its the front D/S towards the transfer case.

Thanks
