Yea I know. I guess I'll just have to be first loser once his is running. Thats gonna be one BAD truck. I'm looking for 12's all motor. Hopefully wiht the 408 1slow will have traction problems. Its just not too bad all four don't spin long. At least with a 6.0. They just spin a few feet.

White1 - Not to be hating on you but I don't see a difference in AWD/4WD. Both make their passes with all 4 wheels pulling.

IN all the offraod magazines they dont consider awd trucks in their 4x4 of the year awards cause you dont have a low range. Besides white said 4x4 not SSS. 2bseen's truck is definately quick maybe I can catch him with my next few mods once the 408 is in but it will be a while and I will need HPT to take it to the limit for a ***** to the wall pass for my bragging rights numbers.

Glad you finally got that thing runnin for more than a day White1 congrats

And white on the traction problems I think I got that covered. My new tires are are going to be toyo proxes that are 11 inches wide and 30 inches tall I think with a small burnout for the rear I should be able to hook.

But not on the nitrous. I got a feelin a 250 shot should spin all four for a good 40 foot.

How often do they consider 1/4 mile times in their truck of the year test? Maybe they ought to, and have a 1/4 mile time in 4 low too. You know since they can do that and AWD can't.
I know you don't want to be in the same class as 2bseen, hell I wouldn't either, but they weigh about the same and are both puting power down through all 4 wheels. It is the same thing when you are drag racing. If you want to argue how different the 4x4 is then go to the offroad section and talk about how the SS does 4 wheelin. Same difference.

And White1, sorry for up your thread and good luck with the truck.
