Default What will it take to run high 8s in the 1/8th mile?

Trucks an 04 ECSB Z71 with 18s and 33s, close enough anyways.

Its blackbear tuned with LPP longtubes.

I just bought a yank TT3000 and plan on running a 75-100 shot.
I got the TT because I do tow and use the truck as a truck.

Do you think this will get me into the 8s?

Do you have any current times? I am almost certain that you will not be in the 8s. Lighter wheels and tires, and more power I am sure would be needed.

e fans, blackbear tune, corvette servo, lpp longtubes, 4.11s detroit trutrac, k and n drop in filter. in a 2wd ecsb on ss 20's with street tires i ran a 8.8.

with you being 4wd and big tires, id say you need a stall and a cam........or spray that hoe!

But that is not normal either. Most trucks like that I see are in the 9.3-9.5 range.
