yeah, skeet im pretty sure some cutouts will help out alot, a setup like yours needs to get rid of some air quick.... and you are right a very good night in the negative DA will also have to be achieved...
did you angle mill them are just flat cut them.angle miolling them is worth about 10 hp proven.(on an engine dyno)you can do some ported 317 thier is a gut on here from south la. just made over 420hp with ported 317 and that is with a truck intake.

nope just the ole flat cut milling..... only paid like $80 for it to be done... i figured it would be worth it before the motor went in...

it is fine just to get the most out of it a angle mill is better cause it till the cathedral in the port better and allow the air to flow better.a good set of ported 317 are around 800 to 1000 if you want more info i can get you in touch with the guy he has been doing it for a long time and has alot of dynoing and flow testing with ls motors.
