What wheel and tire combo?

First is the tire. I wonder if I could stick a set of these at the track. Either 27x12.50-16 / or 28x11.50-16

With the wheels, I originally wanted the 16x8 or 16x10 MT bullet hole wheels but I hear that the 16x10 won't tuck. What are the other options for wheels?

Another option could be to do like Built408 on here did, he had the stock wheels widened 2" and runs a pretty big tire.
