The water pump is very pricey!!! It's a meziere water pump(I think that's how you spell it). There're like $500+ or so......check Jegs or Summit. Well I don't drive it everyday but I have put it through it's paces.......I've sat in traffic in the summertime.....I haven't had any issues with it at all!!!! Very nice pump!!! Get you one, you won't regret it.!!!! Call me and we can discuss some other issues that I need to talk to you about.

i have, but i'm lighter and don't have as much mods.
Thanks Lance!! I want to beat you on motor so bad!!!!LOL!!!! You set the bar along time ago and said to myself, a Z71 could do that.......well I gave it shot. I'm just pondering getting the gears(4.30:1 or taller), cal-tracs and new tires. If I do the above, it prolly won't be until Jan or so. I have Christmas coming up and I don't think my daughter and wife could use a set of gears and tires......HAHAHAHA!!!!!

Either way, I'm certainly not picking at your setup, you're flying. More thinking outloud/typing. Big congrats and
Thanks Zippy, I need to richen it up some but as the air got cooler, it's like you don't know what the afr is going to be until you run. I got back to the pits and the announcer said the staging lanes close in 15min and I didn't have time so I jumped back in line.......the afr was like 12.9-13.3 through first, second was like13.3-13.7 and then the PCM pulled out some timing and the afr went down to 12.6 or so n third. I got an ses light when I was pulling back into the pits. I checkd the ses code and it said bank 1 and bank 2 lean. I started to laugh and said no ****!!!!! I was running it in the ragged adge that night.....LOL!!!!
