I agree a converter will help you out a lot like everyone else said. I'd be really curious to see how the MPH changed from run to run. And I have a feeling running in mid june in Texas is NOT helping your cause at all. When was the first run done? The weather will absolutely KILL you. Post up more of the details from the time slip if you can. I think we'd all like to see the 60' time, 1/8th time and MPH, and 1/4 time and MPH for BOTH runs. If you give us a date and time for both runs and which track you were at it will help to narrow down how much of an effect the weather had on it too.
