Awesome!! question....Did you replace the head bolts just out of precaution or did it lift a head? Also what gears are in that thing?

Yes for precaution and 3.73s, we went last night for test and tune on 20psi only got one pass before rain came and ran a new personal 9.80@141. Not much of improvement but i did remove 5 degrees of timing for first test pass and im glad i did it was a little on the lean side. We will probably head out next wk to finish tuning it.

Unless I'm mistaken I haven't heard of a '99 LS 5.3 in the 9's yet. If there is I'm not aware. 5.7's and plenty of 6.0's. There was almost a 4.8 once upon a time...
