Trick Turbo SBE 5.3L Finally in the 10s

Your times are nearly identical! What DA did you run those times in? Mine were ~1400DA. Wish I could run at some negative DA but not much of that here in CA. I haven't dyno'd above 15psi. Dyno guy wanted me to get a driveshaft before we went any higher, I don't think I need one since it's so short with the transfer case and all. AFR's looked great at the track so I just gave the boost controller a half turn each pass and AFR's were always 11.0-11.1 so I just kept upping boost. The biggest hurdle was getting it to hook on street tires. I'm running Trick's 76mm, the one that he sends with his Stage 3 kit.

Yup, pretty much identical! Lol. Looks like the DA was about 390 yesterday afternoon here in NC. Good times for sure, man! My 76mm is out of steam, and the trans was slipping pretty good so I think there may be a tenth or two left in it, but dang did it feel good coming out of the hole! I bet its real tricky getting those street tires to hook! Keep up the good work!

Did the shock relocation probably about 2 years ago. I still have single adjustable QA1s - been trying to get into the 1.5x 60fts, or at least consistent 1.6x's. I think ill upgrade to double adjustables soon. 5in intercooler was a result of some pre/post intercooler pressure testing and your thread about your results! So thanks for spending my money! It was my latest upgrade along with some weight reduction. Haven't weighed the rig yet, but it should be 4k with me in it.

HAHAHA idk. I don't wanna risk damaging more parts - both inside and out of the trans...plus its an 1.5hr trip (1 way) to the drag strip. Might be more hassle to break it than to just have it rebuilt. I need to do my research on what to upgrade in the trans as I don't want to have to rebuild it again. Think my final goal is 800hp.
