Even though I'm not going from Houston to there (I already got the last two weeks of the year off for vacation) Why is this easier for Houston guys to go than vice versa????

In Feb. Flaco, PacoLS7, SvtGabe and myself are Planning a Truck Shootout here in Houston which will be a Private Track Rental just for Trucks! Maybe some of the Florida guys will come and join us.

last years meet was great, this years meet will be greater
you shooting for hrp or sealy this year? isnt it soon? yeah, they mention test and tune but i guess we do it different in texas cause the meets i went to the track was rented just for the events

We are shooting for Baytown, Alot better track. Then again more $$$$ but we got it covered for a Private Event. A T&T the track will just get packed and it will be Choas IMO

Our tracks don't get packed. This is back woods Georgia , not the BIG texas... We just small time ya know.
They had the camaro 5 event here and I must have ran a dozen times! It works!!

anyway i made my decission to go, just wish there would be more going from TEXAS, but oh well, it'll be fun reguardless !! plus i get to meet ole man bob lol

probably becuase georgia is a better location for more people. i know the likely hood of me driving all the way out to houston for an event is not very good, just as i wouldn't expect you guys to drive all the way down to south florida. but georgia is a pretty decent place for everyone up the east coast and most of the guy some what west of there. i'm not sure exactly how far the drive is from texas but it could be much worse. can't make it close for everyone.
