There's no question that the intercooler and it's location between the frame rails is suboptimal. That being said, I saw max IAT of 153 yesterday so it was much better. Also KBracing and I both agree that heat soak of the sensor is present and with E85 on board, these temperatures really are not significant.
I also woke up this morning to find my left rear drag radial completely flat. Must have ran over something on the way home.
No provision with the BELLTECH kit to adjust pinion to my knowledge. But I'm going to be doing some suspension mods and should be back in action in the fall.

Yea there are a **** load of guys running high horsepower turbo set ups on E85 that don't even run intercoolers. I bet there IAT's are extremely high when they are up to 20lbs of boost.
You're right about 153* not even being significant.

Yeah but is the tune setup to ignore that? What does your IAT spark correction table look like? Also, even if the e85 negates the high IAT's you still have less dense air to compensate for, this may make the tune out of range also.

I think that is kind of a given. I know the OP is smart enough to understand what a high IAT does. I'm sure he is not out there beating the **** out of it without knowing if he is getting detonation or not.

With the way people tune their **** these days, wouldn't say anything is a given.
but yes I would assume that high IAT's could leave you chasing your tail with your tune. Sometimes too rich and sluggish, other times too hot and cuts out or runs like a champ. The consistency of the tune without keeping your IAT's in check is more what I'm trying to hint at.

The tune is on and not the issue here. IATs were corrected for. Its going 94 mph in the 1/8 in a 5000 lb excab but suspension hasnt been accounted for. I will correct it now that Ive done some reading and know what I need to do.

6000-6200 I think. 6500 1-2. But I was only seeing 11-12 psi in 2nd and 3rd at the track hence the lower shifts. As long as it's shifting consistently I'm happy. I haven't had a single issue with my Jake's 80e/Circle D whatsoever.
