I dig your truck man....looks sick with the bigger hood on it! Do you drive it on the street at all?

I ran a best of 11.0 @ 123 MPH in my NA 5.3 setup. I sold the truck and sold all the power train to a friend and he now has it in his 2005 RCSB silverado. I'm tuning his truck and we are shooting for 10's in that screaming 5.3. by the way, the stall in that setup is a 6400.
This is what I'm about to start playin with. Just got it 3 weeks ago and wating on some goodies for it.

with the full size I got tired of pulling seats/tailgates/spares swapping on slicks, removing a filter and installing a short belt....now I can drive to the track, tech in and make my first pass without ever getting out of the truck. I'm lazy like that

52n jet which made exactly 100rwhp on the dyno. I really think it has another .1-.2 on that jet as I was either rolling in to the throttle or spinning. It was also a bit fat and under timed as I was trying to be conservative until I got the traction sorted out.
I would think you would have the same issue in third if you were blowing through the verter. 3rd would put even more load on it than 2nd would.
Example.. All things equal on the hit, when I went from a 3.73 gear to a 4.56, my verter moved from a 4,900 rpm to a 4,500.

I think I'm blowing through the converter.
