what size slick or drag radial or what ever is sticky will fit on a stock 17X7.5" aluminum wheel? i've never looked for anything like this and its hard to search for numbers on here. i have pretty good traction with my 20's and the ls2 tires but above a 5psi launch it starts to spin. (then it breaks the axle) so when i upgrade to a 9.5" i'd like to try a slick of some sort to see what it can do.

 

I think nitto makes a drag radial for a 17 and possibly micky thompson et drag radial

 

m&h makes a 27x10.5 drag for a 17'

 

will it fit a 7.5" rim?

 

im pretty sure they will fit! MT also makes et streets too in 17's
