how in the world did you get your truck down that lite??? my 90' 454ss weighs 4370 with me in it. it still has a/c but has aluminum heads, fuel cell in the rear and still on stock chrome wheels......dang what a difference!!

The bigest difference is my truck is not a SS454 so the brakes,rear and all the suspention is lighter than yours.after that i removed all the interior and anything else I didnt need for the track.How fast is your truck?

Looking like its going to be a good day tomorrow! should be a nice turnout of friends. Hopefully this time I'll remember everything so I don't need to hit you up for a pen and pressure gauge haha

henry what happened to ya today?? the air was awesome this morning -1800 at my house when i left but got shitty as the day went on. still set a new personal best though

I left my house for Atco sat. morning but on the way I got a call from my nephew.He told me everyone was going to Cecil instead to race so I ended up going there,sorry.
Ran the exact same times with the chevy 12.25@108 I couldnt believe it because the truck felt so much better with the new carb in my driveway.

I also brought my ford and for the first time ever on motor the truck was spinning with the drag radial.It would spin about 20 ft and then about the same in second 3 passes in a row.I finaly dropped the air pressure down enough to get it to hook up 19psi from my normal 25 and ran a best of 12.66@107 w/1.77 60'.

On a side note my nephew with the 2011 F150 like mine that has the Roush blower had a good run with a 2012GT500 who slept at the light so the truck crossed the trap first with a 10.93 to a loosing 10.72.ill see if Shino will post it for you guys to see.

Shino how did you guys do at Atco the DA was pretty good for us -650 around 12-1pm.

I was thinking you may have went to cecil. did the whole sloppy mechanic crew go down, i seen denmah was trying to run the newest project, the sunturd.
that sucks you couldnt get any better out of the chevy even though it felt that much better. thats awesome on the ford though. i cant believe you can get away with that high of pressure.
I checked the DA for the RPM guys around 1pm and it was swinging between -100 to -200 as the wind picked up. it really got warm out i was wearing a t-shirt for some time.
