Default no 13's again

went 2 the track last night and no 13 sec. pass again
on the 3,42 gear and one wheel peel i had a 2.16 60' with a 14.30 @ 95.mph

this time out i did 4.10 and LSD, p/p TB and cutout
my best 60' was only 2.09 i would have liked a lil better 60 than that
and my best was 14.16 @ 95.98 mph

i was hoping for atleast a 14.00 or a 13.90

maybe it in my tune i have a w4me

your truck is actually running really good man for your mods...your basically just fully bolt on with 4.10s right? your tune is working really good...its really hard to get a single cab 5.3 to break 13s on just full bolt-ons, no cam, no stall...i hit a 13.8 and i say it was all in the tune but alot of haters over here say that it was my LS1cam that did it...we all know LS1 cams dont work, you might as well stick with the stock cam.

I agree with Zippy.

Even though our setups are a little different, I picked up .4 and 4 mph by just switching my 3.73's to 4.10's with no other mods

weather also plays a big factor with these engines.
get a converter in there and watch it wake up.

yeah man bluecajun is right...wat was the weather like wen you ran with your 3.42s and 4.10s?? doesnt sound like a tuning problem cus it does sound like its running the way its supposed to...a friend of mine over here in the valley (texas) ran a 13.96 in his single cab 5.3 fully bolt on with 4.10s but in 50degree weather....hotter weather he runs consistent low 14s.
