Went to HPT's Shoot out this past weekend and I had a blast. Even was awesome. I entered in the 11.0 index class and won first place. Ran a 11.08 @ 122.71 MPH. After I won the 11.0 index class I decided to mess with the truck a little to see if I could get that 10 sec slip but broke my differential. Posi blew up. Oh well, back to the drawing board. I will be doing some changes to the truck and hope that next time out I get what I've been wanting... 10 sec slip off of this mean *** 5.3. Here is the time slip and a picture of how it launched. Thanks. I'm only going to chance gear ratio and try a different stall converter and see if I can get it to click that 10 sec pass. If I can bring my 60's down a tad I know it will get me where I want to be but had a weak link in the diff and have out. I'm going with a full spool now and going from 5.38's to 4.88's. stall right now is a Circle D 5000 and now going with a Neal Chance 6400

 

Holy ****, that is still some serious gear and stall. Hopefully the suspension doesn't need a ton of tweaking after that change.

I'm also going with QA1 front coil overs dual adjustable. I will keep you posted on how it goes. Hope to have truck up and running in about 2 weeks.

yeah yeah yeah rub it in buddy lol!! she was running very well, sux the differential went though at lease you were able to take the 11:0 index, if i woud have entered it would have been one helluva shoot out at the end
