If ya don't mind me asking what kinda times were you running before the stall and what type of stall are you running now?
I think with a stall and some weight reduction in good air my 5.3 could go low 13's maybe.Right now it's bolt on and 4.10's only.

Right before the stall, I was running 14.1 my best, then added the pulley and a 3400 Vigilante stall...ran a 13.6

 

So when are you gonna cam the 4.8?

Just curious is all. By pulley you mean a underdrive correct?
Have you ever shortbelted the truck? I hear it's good for about a tenth but never tried it.
Also if you don't mind whta mph were you trapping before the stall?
I know alot of times a stall will eat up some topend mph.

Precision Industries...I just know its called a Vigilante, yes underdrive pulley. I have shortbelted the truck, but not with the new stall. Yes I have seen about a tenth in gain....Well before the stall I was trapping at 97mph...

i smell a turd, ain't no damn 4.8 gonna run a 14.1@97 mph with a CAI, LT's, muffler, and a tune. much less a 13.6@96 adding a pulley and converter to the above. i call BS

 

my bolt on 5.3 with 4.10 gears went 13.7@99..... .add a stall and a decent tune and it would dip low 13's easy.
