Drilled them the same way. There was two existing holes that I drilled into..

I didn't.. I just welded them up and ground the welds down.

We are doing a set now, will get some pictures out there ASAP. What brake kits fit 15" wheels though? I thought I saw somewhere that people used S10 brakes?
