That should have been about a 13.9-14.0 1/4. I dont know about txsilverados old setup, but mine was 4.8 w gears, stall, homemade Cai, and Lts with a tune. No underdrive and stock engine. I'm not trying to have a phasing match, just trying to provide an example of a bolt on truck hitting 13' s is not difficult.
Yet again a good example of a small diameter converter with a good 60ft time not 2.1s like mine
1000ft was 11.54
1/8 8.89 @80.25mph

AS far as roll it does good from 1/8 to 1/4 mile it gains 22mph

I agree. 22 mph from the 1/8 to 1/4 is nice, thats what my car picks up....86.x to 108.x.

The increased drive-ability may account for a lot of his happiness too. Making the truck more of pleasure to drive is a gain IMO. Plenty of camshafts can produce the same results, but an OEM camshaft that is much more street friendly without losing performance sounds like a plus to me. Don't get me wrong, I love how choppy my HT1 is, but if I could get the same results from a cam cut on a 117, I'd do it!
