Default New best for the Colorado

Ran a 9.17 @ 77.5 with a 2.17 60' it spun the tires off the line. All the truck has done is a tune and cold air intake. Oh yea it has a 5.3l that came in the truck from the factory.

If you plan to add any power you will want to get a bias slick not a radial. Being a truck the bias is much more forgiving and will offer much more traction then a radial on a truck. Now if you plan to stay fairly stock then don't worry about slicks, maybe a wider rear tire, but slicks are overkill. Air down and you should be able to keep wheelspin under controll.

Nice time increase from just a tune. I bet a pair of drag radials and gears would help it out greatly as well.
