real good time, congrats! maybe a bigger converter? i think that 80e is killing your 60' with only a 2800 converter..

Thanks fellas!

I need to work on the 60' for sure. The Hoosiers hold the power way better than the ET streets ever did. I left off idle the first 2 runs and cut a 1.82 and 1.86. I left at 1200 rpm on the last run and cut the 1.76. I think if I stall it to 1500, the 60 will come down even more. I dont think it will do much better than a high 1.6 though. I have not seen too many extended cab 2wd's do much better.

Nice mph! You finally got 11's too. I didn't know you had ladder bars though? Depending on what hole you have them in, you might be able to hit the tires harder so you can 60ft better.

Any pics of that setup? I'm sure you could do better than a 1.6 with ladder bars, a bigger converter and more gear. To do it consistently is another issue.

It is a single ladder bar set up in conjuction with the leaf springs. It is mounted on the passenger side and was custom made. I have not tried adjusting it, but it definately cured all wheel hop. Truck left really smooth.

Almost seemed like I did not have the power, coverter, and/or gear to leave harder. I am going to start with tuning and leaving with higher RPM's. I can stall it to 2000+ rpm, so I am going to try 1500 rpm, 1700 rpm, 2000 rpm and see if that helps.

I will try to get some pics of the ladder bar. Need to get the truck on a lift.

It sounds like a torque arm setup. I'm curious to see how they mounted it to the rear end and what crossmember they used up front. It'd have to be a stout piece if it's long enough for an EC. Does it bind and all when going into driveways, and angled speed bumps?

The bottom bar is mounted to the reinforced shock mount. The top bar is mounted to 3: shock mounts that were welded to the axle tube. The front was mounted to the round crossmember. It is made of 1" sqaure stock metal, tig welded, using grade 5 5/8" bolts. The front in adjustable with chromoly 5/8" rod ends. I need to get some pcitures so it makes more sense.
