If you mean go for the nitrous I'm thinking I'll most likely do just that. Might as well have some fun while getting information and money together for the 1000 hp build. Thanks for the encouragement!

Other that being able to use a better plate, did u see any gains with going to that intake setup? Naturally aspirated and on nitrous?

Unfortunately I never race my truck from a stop, and I think that the TIGHT stock coverter helps me in the races I usually find myself in on the nitrous. I really want a bigger converter to get some good e.t. But afraid it would slow me down from a 40+ roll.

The vic jr is good for nitrous set ups and works ok for motor but u will run better on a stock intake on motor lol. As far as a loose converter u can always lock it and it will pull hard.

Default Impressive

Really nice............Have been looking to see if someone had about the same setup as I have. Although I have a 6.0 stoked to 410 C.I. And will be hitting it with a 250 shot of NOS. It has 11 to 1 compression, but I have the stock heads and will probably end up with 10.5 to 1. Thats Ok. It is my DD and need to get back and forth to work.
I'm running 4.10's and am thinking of going to 4.56's. Oh Yea, I'm Carbed. Keep up the great job. My engine is not in the pickup yet will be in about 2 to 3 weeks. I have Cal-Tracs under the back. There are 7 and 8 second cars with Cal-Tracs and there set up is alot simpler that a 4 link. especially if your pickup is your DD. Keep up the great times. And its about having FUN .
