NA stock block hemi runs 12.88@107

Secret 50 Shot.
Im going to call BS on gaining 6mph with dropping a little weight and some heads
Here it is from DT:
OK, here is my best run of the day and also a slip showing how much my truck weighs with me in it.

Alright, I'll lay all my cards out. Some of you seem to think I changed my cam out In my opinion, you don't need a big ole cam to get a 4500 lbs truck down the 1/4 mile. Torque is what we need. I told Marty (at KRC Performance) when I ordered my cam that I wanted a big torque cam. This is the cam he grinded me.

After running that cam for a couple of weeks I noticed monster torque off the line in turn for some loss of high end horsepower. It really lacked pulling power in 3rd gear and felt like stock. Thats when I turned to Stu and Scott at The Hemi Shop. I explained my situation to them and they recommeded their prototype Big Valve Heads. After installing the Hemi Shop Big Valve Heads 3rd gear power was back and way stronger than before.
Here is a pic of the Hemi Shop Big Valve Heads with Manley Severe Duty Pro Flow Valves

After some tuning with the Split Second PSC1-003, I took her to the track for the first time on 31 Mar 07 at Mopar Madness (VMP)
This was my best run that day.

I agree that my MPH does not match my ET. Not sure why that is. Here is another slip from that same day showing a lower ET and higher MPH.

Today I ran at MIR and changed a couple of things which made my truck .36 seconds faster.
Lost 180 lbs
Dropped the Tonneau
Dropped the exhaust after the Y-Pipe
Alternator Kill Switch
Hurst Line Lock
Set Nitto 555r to 18 psi
Adjusted The Caltraks
Installed ATI Super Dampner
Turned O/D Off
A/F was 12.1 at WOT in 3rd and I'm still shifting into 4th before the traps. Gonna lean her out a little and figure out a way to hold 3rd a little longer. I'm gonna try something out this week and see if it works.I'll be looking for the 12.5 ET.
Goes to show you, tons of low end torque got my truck into the 12s, not a bunch of high end horsepower.
