well that is right for the 1/8th mile time and mph, 21mph gain from 1/8th mph is right, now your 1/8th mile time is dead on, I use the 1.58xtime to get my 1/4 mile times and so far there correct.

again congrates on the times.

Guess what, Mopars have been running 500+ci BB's for years, glad you guys could join us. No doubt the LSx engines are badass. But if you're talking aftermarket blocks, then all bets are off. R3 smallblocks can handle well over 1000+rwhp.

So what does your turbo'd, juiced, stroker run?

WOW,

Lot of haters on this site!

Nice runs PH! Too bad the track is wrong LOL. I've never hurt some much cheby chit in my life! Once you post a bunch of slips to dispute the 30 mph gain they crap on the track beam alignment??? I have never seen the track sensors brought in to question on a Cheby thread?

Funny stuff man funny stuff.

The LSx is engineered up to 2000 hp and its 500 + ci in a small block....

ANY way ... good times and i wish we could all get along and have some friendly trash talking....

do you go to tracks much? do some searching first bud. i know your answer itwill be yes i been to tracks since paw took me sincei was a toddler...

ignorance surrounds you, think for a second with your head out of your *** if you will. if hes a solid 13s truck which runs 100-102mph then out of the blue makes only run pass with a 12.88@107 its deffently in the question then. the ET is fine but mph is little higher then usual.

and acting like a typical mopar person. sorry to stereotype but you are. how do you know what i own and dont own? you dont so take that **** back to the dealership before you come in this thread speaking nonsense

hey PH,
when are you heading back to the track with the same setup? care to see if its a consistent 12.8 sec truck?

I'll be going with a better setup next time I hit the track. Whats sucks is the weather will be 20-30 deg hotter. So far my truck can hit 13.0x consistantly with wheel spin. I dropped the tire pressure and got a better 60ft and ET hence the 12.88. After that I took the tailgate off and spun off the line and hit another 13.0x with a slower 60ft. Seems like dropping the tailgate made me too light in the rear. Tried another run feathering the throttle and ran another 13.0x.

What does that tell you???

With optimal conditions and perfect traction its a 12 sec truck as it sits. Yes I'm shooting for some faster times. First off I'm still shifting into 4th before the traps. I'm working on an O/D kill switch. Going to install some 90/10 shocks up front so I can hopefully drop the tailgate and still hold traction thru better weight transfer. I'm sure the truck has a 12.6 in her, just need to do some more tuning and hope for some good weather.

Using typical online calculators,
his et comes from 489 crank hp and his
mph comes from 505 crank hp. Thats not that far off.
Lets figure 350 stock. Added heads/cam/headers/tuner/intake/e-fan/no exhaust after headers. That will add about 100 crank hp which puts him in the 450 range. Figure the rest of his et and mph cam from the stall/Drag radials/shiftkit/gearing. His times are very realistic, maybe his mph was off a little, maybe not.
Chill out everyone, someone go watch next time if you want. I have never seen such a big group of babies. GET OVER IT.
