I see that your having tranny problems too. I'm on my 6th one. I average 166 miles to a tranny. lol I have a FX one in there right now and so far it's holding up. The K factor on my last converter was miscalculated by over 250ft lbs of torque. It's a slippery 5000 stall which I have to send back and get it tamed down a bit. I mean alot! I wish you could attend with your truck.

 

The trans will hold up to the power of my motor N/A and maybe a few pounds of boost but I know once i get up there and some is running faster then me I will turn it up and it wont last.

i think its a trend ... january and early feb. are not good times for the dodge... must be something in mother mopar's horoscope. who knows.

Colt, Keep your truck together until then. I think we need to go heads up first. That's what everyone who owns a Hemi want's to see. You can agree to that. If you can duplicate your 11.94 again, it'll be a great match up once I get the converter issue taken care of. This is a one time offer only. It'll probably be the ony time that you and I can hook up together at an event. I'll even let you run my Hoosier slicks. What do you say?

Sounds good to me. I'm actually having a little converter issue too. But in the last couple talks with Andre my new 91/2 should be here before Christmas. We just haven't figured out what stall- I want 3800 but we'll see what Andre says. I'll be sure to have the rear suspension done in time so sure, count me in and we'll line'em up.
I may take you up on the Hoosiers - that is if I don't have the new stuff in. Thanks

111 is coming on pretty good, if I do get to come up there I may need to turn the boost up a pound or two

 

guys understand, coltsteele is only at 10lbs of boost. As far as I know, he can go up to 25 and he has the spray setup.
